Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, every once in a while an issue may occur with an order. We are all only human! If this is the case, we are happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem occurred as a result of an error on our part, we are more than happy to replace your item.  Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The following cases are eligible for replacement (no cost to you):

  • Faulty Product. If the product has a hole, stains, or manufacturing defect.
  • Placement Issue. If a print is clearly crooked or off-center (>1″).
  • Incorrect Image. If we printed the wrong image.
  • Wrong Item Sent. If we send you the wrong garment, color or size.

The following cases will require you to pay additional shipping fees:

  • You entered the wrong address. Once the original package is returned, we will re-ship it for cost of shipping.
  • You ordered the wrong size. If the product did not fit properly, we can exchange it if unused product is returned.
  • You ordered the wrong product.  If you added the wrong product to your cart, we can exchange if unused product is returned.

Replacement Request Instructions
If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace any items that we missed the mark on.

Please follow these instructions for an exchange:
1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is print size, please use a ruler.
2. Send an email with the subject line “Order # “YourOrderNumber” Replacement Request” to tweet@feathersforyou.com.
3. Please include the following:

  • The photo(s)
  • A specific description of the issue
  • The Order Number
  • If there are multiple products in an order, identifying the product with the issue

Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days.

Ordering & Shipping

To place an order online 
Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout (or click the Checkout button in the top right corner of the website).
During checkout, you can select shipping options, enter payment information, and add billing and shipping addresses.
You can also review your order before it’s final, and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item.

Taxes
Taxes will be collected based on shipping address for the following states:

Hawaii GET 4.712%
New York State Sales Tax 8.75%

Flat Rate Shipping
$5.50 per order

What happens after I place my order?
After you place an order, an order confirmation immediately appears in the same window.
The confirmation includes an order number. It’s a good idea to write the order number down before closing your browser.
Within 24 hours, you receive an order confirmation email, which shows the same order number and provides a link to your order status page on the website.
You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the website.

All items are made to order and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
When your purchase has been shipped, you receive a second email with tracking details.

All items are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 10 to 12 business days for order processing and shipping.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can not change your order.  However, we may be able to cancel your order.
Please contact us at tweet@feathersforyou.com within 3 hours of placing your order and we will attempt to cancel your order.
If your order has not entered production then we can cancel your order.

Tracking the status of your order
You can check the status of your order anytime by clicking the “My Account” link in the top right corner of the website.
Then click on “Orders”.
